Born and raised on Chicago’s north side, Hayley Frazier is a life long resident of Chicago who’s love for her hometown is evident in everything she does.

Hayley is a 2018 graduate of the University of Iowa where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. During her spare time in college, Hayley managed a widely popular local restaurant located near the University campus.

Upon graduation, in May of 2018, Hayley joined Urban Abodes full time as a Leasing Consultant. Since then she has added the title of Social Media Coordinator and is responsible for managing all of the Urban Abodes social media platforms.

Hayley has been instrumental in assisting all Urban Abodes Leasing Consultants in improving and expanding their social media presence and in incorporating real estate into their profiles.

Hayley’s passion for real estate combines her love of Chicago’s architecture with her knowledge of all things Chicago. She has a keen understanding of Chicago’s many diverse neighborhoods and the popularity of its countless attractions from a cultural, social and historical standpoint.


Most important of all, Hayley is a people person who understands that moving can be an unnerving endeavor. She is committed to being flexible, understanding and always responsive to a client’s needs. Her goal is to make the apartment hunting experience fun and stress-free.
